Olive oil is safe if used properly as suggested in my post about the 7 main benefits of olive oil. However, your comment has inspired me to write a post about how to use olive oil as moisturiser in a safe way. I will soon!

Olive leaf has all the same healthful compounds as olive oil. When needing an immune system booth try Olivus olive leaf extracts to fight off illness, lower blood pressure, cholesterol, and help maintain good health without consuming all the fat.

Hi Barbara,
thanks for sharing! Did you buy it from the supermarket? Of course different olive oils can have different tastes, especially if the olive oil is fresh or high quality. Given that you look like an olive oil lover (!!) what about writing a post to share how you use olive oil in your diet and what you think about the olive oil benefits?

EVOO ... is also great for scares and stretch marks ... when you find out that you are pregnant start oiling down your body ... you can add small amounts to your regularly used lotions. I had a motorcycle accident 3yrs ago and have been using small amounts around (when I was healing) my scare and now that the wound is closed and is healed I directly appy the EVOO on my scare, my wound was a very deep cut (75+ stitches) I still have the purple and brown scare but along w/natural Shea Butter and sun screen there has been tremendous improvement. I am confident that the brown and purple will fade (so is my plastic surgen.
Ingest it (uncooked is best) and apply it …
Trust me ... EVOO is a miracle worker!

Hello, I am doing some research on Olive Oil companies and came across Calolea Olive Oil Company, located in the Sierra Nevada Hills. Are you familiar with them? I believe they produce cold pressed olive oil. Go to Calolea.com
